<br>Cameo Co-op is located above the intersection of Craigflower and Admirals Roads in the town of View Royal near Victoria, British Columbia. We are close to Craigflower and View Royal Elementary Schools, the Shoreline Middle School, shopping, and the Victoria General Hospital.

With sixty three architect designed and union built family housing units, we have been in operation since 1980. Ten blocks of buildings on two levels offer one to four bedrooms, with several designed for handicapped tenants.
We are near both the #14 (University / Craigflower) and #25 (Admirals Walk / Maplewood) bus routes. They provide twenty-minute service to downtown Victoria and during peak hours run every fifteen minutes. Buses for both routes stop within two blocks of the Co-op.
Cameo Co-op is a member of The Co-operative Housing Federation of BC and The Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada.
PLAYGROUND
Cameo Co-op maintains a playground with various types of equipment for younger children in the center of the co-op, surrounded by townhouses.
VEHICLE PARKING
Parking for a single vehicle is usually located in front of the housing unit but is not guaranteed. Second car parking (as available, since spaces are limited) can be purchased for a small monthly fee. Limited parking is also available in the upper lot for a recreational vehicle for which a small monthly fee is also charged. Visitor parking is available in all three lots. Vehicles must not park in restricted areas.
THE GLENTANA VILLAGE RECREATION CENTER
Cameo Co-op is the largest shareholder in the GVRC community building located next to the upper tier driveway on Glentana Road. As a shareholder, each member may use the facilities, which includes tennis and basketball courts, and the building itself for private functions such as birthday parties, meetings, etc. Please note that a refundable damage deposit is required when the space is booked, otherwise there is no cost to the individual members. The building is designated non-smoking, and no alcohol. Currently, the GVRC is completely managed by Cameo Co-op volunteers.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Cameo Co-op is situated on both the 14 University/Craigflower and the 25 Admirals Walk/Maplewood bus routes. They provide twenty-minute service to downtown Victoria and during peak hours run every fifteen minutes. Both bus stops are located within two blocks of Cameo Co-op.

GUTTER REPAIRS
All repairs are made professionally using top quality materials and sealants
· Gutter inspection and consultation

· Re-sealing corner or straight-joint leaks
· Secure gutters to fascia-board
· Secure downspouts or replace strap
· Replace downspout outlets. The plastic outlet that connects the downspout to the gutter needs to be replaced periodically as they break down from the Ultra-violet.
· Re-leveling where sagging or re-placing hangers
· Joining 2 downspouts together
· Install comprehensive covered gutter system

CEDAR ROOF CLEANING
We do not pressure wash cedar roofs.

ROOF DEMOSSING
De-mossing involves gently manually removing the moss, cleaning the gutters/grounds and treating the roof to slow down the moss from coming back.
