ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND.

  1. Islandnet reserves the right to modify these policies and operating rules at any time. The customer's continued use of the service shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these policies and operating rules.

  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to remain up to date with regard to system notices and schedules. This includes reading any and all mailings from Islandnet to our customers as well as monitoring the news & announcements forum on our helpdesk.
