I can recieve email but I cant send? Why is that?
Its most likely one of 2 things or a combination of both of them:
1.You dont have authentication setup for sending, a common mistake on Apple devices as they say this is optional in the setup screen but its required by us. Go into the outgoing server settings and set the Authentication to Password and enter a valid islandnet.com username and passwordor
2.The SMTP port number your using is being blocked by the network connection provider you are presently using, Port 25 is commonly blocked and some free wireless providers will block 587 as well, if you have 25, try 587 instead or even use port 2525 which is a port we opened to help people circumvent some port blocks.
