If you are having trouble sending mail through our servers and you happen to be a Shaw user, read on...
Shaw has added filters to their network to block outgoing connections to port 25 on external servers. This is an attempt to block outgoing spam from their network.
If you have your mail program configured to send through our servers on port 25 you'll have to go into the settings for the outgoing (SMTP) server and change the port number from 25 to 587. Once you do this you'll be able to send again.
