How do I take a backup my database?

You can take a backup or your database quickly by going to MySQL Manager and locating the database in the botton section of the page.

Under the Actions section click on the icon to download a .SQL backup of the file to your computer.

Alternatively you can login to one of the PHPMyAdmin applications and export a copy of the database making sure you use the right version of of PHPMyAdmin (2 is MySQL 4 and 3 is MySQL 5) and the right server which you select from the login page.
