Do we do offer off site backups of your website?

We can, for $10 a month we can add you to our off-site server which will rsync (copy) your file and database our hosting servers, contact us if you have this setup on your account.

We do presently do onsite backups of databases and your filespace once a day, we can restore on request, file restoration is available via the File Manager in the backup drowdown.
